Unifying BayWa r.e. AG's Operations Across 30+ Countries

When I joined BayWa r.e. AG as the Head of Global Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), the business was managing HSE inconsistently across the thirty (30) plus countries in which BayWa r.e AG operated in. The business leadership team and I did not have entire visibility of our HSE risks, performance and we needed our teams to work consistently across all the countries that we operated in.

After being introduced to Bryan and BridgeRoads Solutions we immediately collaborated, started designing and then implemented our Global HSE Management System that aligns with ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management Systems, 14001 Environmental Management Systems and industry best practices. We considered and consulted our workers and used our HSE core teams as part of the decision-making process. Quickly, we were able to clearly document "what we do and how we do it" and develop a sustainable HSE Management System.

Additionally, the BayWa r.e. AG HSE and Environmental, Sustainable, Governance (ESG) team utilised BridgeRoads Solutions to design and implement a bespoke HSE/ESG Reporting Solution for our global BayWa r.e. business.  This solution has been a game changer for our reporting requirements and having Vanitas expert support to build this digital solution within the business has been amazing.
